Yesterday was a special day for our family. As part of the money we raised at the Allicyn Schuster Memorial Poker Run we were able to donate back to 4 female IBEW Local 22 apprentices in the Ojeatc Apprenticeship program. These 4 young ladies were in Alli class and we were happy to help them with scholarships to off set some of the cost of their classes. We also had a very special guest Jason Regan who was able to speak to his brothers and sister in the room about the importance of reaching out when you need help. Special thanks to therapist Randy Ruhge and Smitty for joining us in our presentation. Our mission will continue one person at a time as we spread the word that it’s ok to not be ok and Alli’s website has resources for you to talk to when your ready.
